This intensive 5 day program will challenge 24 participating park and recreation executives to think differently about important social and fiscal issues as they relate to and impact public parks and recreation.
The Altruism Institute was developed to remind us that we carry the ultimate responsibility for the decisions we make and their impacts on the welfare of others.
Institute Facilitators include a social justice advocate, a general surgeon, an economic development expert, and others who will provide provocative insights about how we can begin to think more strategically in response to today's critical issues.
This life and career altering experience includes all sessions (1.5 CEUs), accommodations, breakfasts and lunches, recreation, transportation to and from Denver International Airport, and a Colorado gear package that includes an Institute vest, day pack, water bottle and other outdoor goodies.
Where is the Altruism Institute being held?
